works

Consigning with us is simple, straightforward, and designed to get you the best return on your items. Here's exactly what to expect.

The process

Book an Appointment

All drop-offs are by confirmed appointment only - no walk-ins. Schedule online or give us a call, Monday through Saturday.

We Review Your Items

Bring your items in one white kitchen-sized bag. Our staff reviews each piece for condition, completeness, and resale appeal - and lets you know what's accepted on the spot.

We Price & Display

Accepted items are priced at the discretion of our staff and beautifully displayed in-store. We know our customers and price to sell.

You Get Paid

When your item sells, you receive your split - paid out monthly by check. It's that simple. (Once total split equals a minimum of $15)

New to consigning? No worries - our staff walks you through everything at your appointment. Items must be clean, complete, and fit in one standard kitchen-sized bag. Questions? Give us a call before you come in.

Drop-Off Policy

What we accept

Clean, Gently Used or New Items
Freshly cleaned, free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage - in excellent condition.
Complete & Functional Items
Fully operational (if applicable) and including all necessary pieces and parts.
✕ We Do Not Accept
Promotional or company branded items - cups, branded tees, tote bags, pens, etc.
Damaged or unsanitary items - stains, holes, odors, broken parts, or excessive wear.
Personalized or custom items - anything with names, dates, or custom printing.
Personal care or hygiene products - cosmetics, lotions, or similar items.
Incomplete sets - items missing essential components or pieces.
For hygiene reasons - we do not accept used or previously worn underwear or socks.
Drop-Off Guidelines

Confirmed appointments only. Items will not be reviewed without a scheduled, confirmed appointment.

One white kitchen-sized bag per appointment. Please limit your items to what fits in one standard kitchen bag.

All items subject to final inspection and approval by shop staff at the time of drop-off.

Preparation Tips

Set yourself
up for success

All items must fit into one standard white kitchen-sized bag per appointment - plan accordingly before you come in.

Make sure everything is freshly cleaned and free of stains, odors, and pet hair before your appointment.

Check that all items are complete and functional - sets must have all parts, and anything with moving pieces should be in working order.

Leave behind anything personalized, custom-printed, or monogrammed - these items don't have broad resale appeal and won't be accepted.

Cosmetics, lotions, and personal care or hygiene products are not accepted under any circumstances.

Promotional items - company branded cups, tote bags, event t-shirts, pens - are not eligible for consignment.

Frequently asked

Yes - all consignment drop-offs are by appointment only. This ensures we have enough time to properly review your items and give you our full attention. Walk-in shopping is always welcome though!
After the 90-day consignment period, the unsold consigned items become the property of Finders Keepers. Items may be disposed or donated to a local charity at the discression of Finders Keepers.
We track all sales, and Finders Keepers will be entitled to a commission of 50% of selling price. Finders Keepers shall deduct the specified commission and will issue a check once a month if the total amount is over $15.
We handle all pricing to keep things consistent and competitive, but if you have specific items you'd like to discuss pricing on, bring it up at your appointment and we'll work with you.
We accept items based on quality and condition, not just brand name. We do love a great label, but if an item is in excellent shape and well-made, we're interested regardless of the brand.
